Holy Damnation (wasn't intending to start with this)! I have not blogged for so long that it took me four attempts to finally sign in (just couldn't seem to pair the correct username with the corresponding password). Anyway, as I was speaking to asmond yesterday (who was supposedly clubbing with the techno music in the background), we realised that we have not really met up since after A levels. So, shouldn't we at least have one gathering before other guys like me join the BABA (bald/botak army boys association)? And we have to get leelee and siewping along, for this is a filial boy's (which is me) wish before forfeiting his freedom which can only be regained in two years' time. I do hope we get a gathering real soon cos I will start assuming my duties of protecting all of you in less than a month's time (all those entering in jan, nod your head in agreement and holler "hurray!")...

Forgive me for my harsh tone.

Its pretty irritating. Just returned from a failed outing organised by who else, but none other than Mr. Goh again. There were only two people who turned up, me included.

Mr. Goh, I don't mean to put you down, but I seriously think that you're rather bad at organising events. Like c'mon? TWO PEOPLE? What the fuck. Argh whatever. And you only like asked around and starting confirming a few days ago. Do you think that it'll turn out to be a success? Well. I don't mean to flame you but, yah, I believe you can see for yourself.

And to those who didn't want to show up and meet up with your friends of 6 fucking years, just because you got back some of your results, and it wasn't quite like you expected it to be, and the major exam is like in one months time, fuck off. I fucking screwed all my papers, and I still turned up. Like c'mon, how much difference does it make to take one day off your studying time and just meet up with your friends?

Ahh. I feel fucked up seriously. Everytime there's an outing, it always turns out to be failure. I wonder when it'll become a success.

haha:D adding on to chin's cranky ideas to what you can do inside a examination hall.

39. Bring a pillow, fall asleep (or pretend to) until the last 15 minutes. Wake up and say "Oh geez. Better start cracking!" and do some gibberish work. Turn it in a few minutes earlier.

40. Make paper airplanes using the exam scripts and aim them at your instructor's left nostril.

41. After you get the exam, ask the instructor over, point to any question and ask for the answers. Try to work it out of him/her.

42. Bring balloons, blow them up, start throwing them around like they do before concerts start.

43. Play frisbee with a friend at the other side of the room.

44. Bring one pencil with a very sharp point. Break the point off your paper. Sharpen the pencil. Repeat this process for one hour.

45. Complete the exam with everything you write being backwards at a 90 degree angle.

46. Upon receiving the exam, look it over, while laughing loudly, say "you don't really expect me to waste my time on this drivel? Days of our Lives is on!!!"

Alright:D all these are just jokes. Please make sure you dont try this at home (or in school).

Hi people! It's been some time since I was here. In unprecedentedly fervent anticipation of the daunting prelims and A levels, I would like to share some tips on handling your exams. Hope this comes in useful...

30 Things To Do In An Exam When You Know You're Going To Fail It Anyway

1. Get a copy of the exam, run out screaming "Andre, Andre, I've got the secret documents!!"

2. Talk the entire way through the exam. Read questions aloud, debate your answers with yourself out loud. If asked to stop, yell out, "I'm SOOO sure that you can hear me thinking." Then start talking about what a jerk the instructor is.

3. Bring a Game Boy. Play with the volume at max level.

4. On the answer sheet find a new, interesting way to refuse to answer every question. For example: I refuse to answer this question on the grounds that it conflicts with my religious beliefs. Be creative.

5. Run into the exam room looking about frantically. Breathe a sigh of relief. Go to the instructor, say "They've found me, I have to leave the country" and run off.

6. 15 min. into the exam, stand up, rip up all the papers into very small pieces, throw them into the air and yell out "Merry Christmas." If you're really daring, ask for another copy of the exam. Say you lost the first one. Repeat this process every 15 min.

7. Come into the exam wearing slippers, a bathrobe, a towel on your head, and nothing else.

8. Come down with a BAD case of Tourette's Syndrome during the exam. Be as vulgar as possible.

9. Bring things to throw at the instructor when s/he's not looking. Blame it on the person nearest to you.

10. As soon as the instructor hands you the exam, eat it.

11. Every 5 min. stand up, collect all your things, move to another seat, continue with the exam.

12. Turn in the exam approx. 30 min. into it. As you walk out, start commenting on how easy it was.

13. Get the exam. 20 min into it, throw your papers down violently, scream out "Fuck this!" and walk out triumphantly.

14. Arrange a protest before the exam starts (ie. Threaten the instructor that whether or not everyone's done, they are all leaving after one hour to go drink.)

15. Show up completely drunk (completely drunk means at some point during the exam, you should start crying for mommy).

16. Comment on how sexy the instructor is looking that day.

17. Come to the exam wearing a black cloak. After about 30 min, put on a white mask and start yelling "I'm here, the phantom of the opera" until they drag you away.

18. If the exam is math/sciences related, make up the longest proofs you could possible think of. Get pi and imaginary numbers into most equations. If it is a written exam, relate everything to your own life story.

19. Try to get people in the room to do a wave.

20. Bring some large, cumbersome, ugly idol. Put it right next to you. Pray to it often. Consider a small sacrifice.

21. During the exam, take apart everything around you. Desks, chairs, anything you can reach.

22. Puke into your exam booklet. Hand it in. Leave.

23. Take 6 packages of rice cakes to the exam. Stuff at least 2 rice cakes into your mouth at once. Chew, then cough. Repeat if necessary.

24. Masturbate.

25. Walk in, get the exam, sit down. About 5 min into it, loudly say to the instructor, "I don't understand ANY of this. I've been to every lecture all semester long! What's the deal? And who the hell are you? Where's the regular guy?"

26. Do the entire exam in another language. If you don't know one, make one up!

27. Bring a black marker. Return the exam with all questions and answers completely blacked out.

28. Every now and then, clap twice rapidly. If the instructor asks why, tell him/her in a very derogatory tone, "the light bulb that goes on above my head when I get an idea is hooked up to a clapper. DUH!"

29. From the moment the exam begins, hum the theme to Jeopardy. Ignore the instructor's requests for you to stop. When they finally get you to leave one way or another, begin whistling the theme to the Bridge on the River Kwai.

30. After you get the exam, call the instructor over, point to any question, ask for the answer. Try to work it out of him/her.

But of course, as your good ol'chum here, I am going to provide another 8 tips. All for FREE!

31. In the middle of the test, have a friend rush into the classroom, tag your hand, and resume taking your test for you. When the teacher asks what's going on, calmly explain the rules of Tag Team Testing to him/her.

32. Bring cheat sheets FOR ANOTHER CLASS (make sure this is obvious... like history notes for a calculus exam... otherwise you're not just failing, you're getting kicked out too) and staple them to the exam, with the comment "Please use the attached notes for references as you see fit."

33. Stand up after about 15 minutes, and say loudly, "Okay, let's double-check our answers! Number one, A. Number two, C. Number three, E...."

34. Fake an orgasm. When interrupted, apologize, and explain that question #__ moved you, deeply.

35. Wear a superman outfit under your normal clothes. 30 minutes into the exam, jump up and answer your phone, shouting "What? I'm on my way!!". rip off your outer clothes and run out of the room. strike a pose first for added effect.

36. Tailgate outside the classroom before the exam.

37. If your answers are on a scantron sheet, fill it out in pen.

38. Bring a giant cockroach into the room and release it on a girl nearby.

A brief look into how I’m doing. After PSLE, I was posted to Jurong Secondary School. However, was too far so I went to Choa Chu Kang Secondary. UPDATES ON BBQ.

bbq is set on the 26th of december, boxing day at east coast park. the pit number will be confirmed soon. but FIRST, there are some details to be sorted out.

- we would need a food platoon to visit the ntuc at bedok to buy the food necessary for the bbq. these bunch of people would have to meet earlier, somewhen around 4pm.

- then the food party would meet those who are interested to meet at bedok interchange 5pm to proceed to east coast park for the bbq.

- following that, we would take bus service 196 to east coast park and start to source for the pit.

- when finally we've found the pit, we'll start the fire and start to bbq.

- night falls. we can stay overnight there. at the beach, talking. anyone against the idea?

- sunrises. time to go home!

16 December. A Saturday. Any objections? Raise now if there's any, or we are gonna ask Leelee to do the booking soon.

If you are lost and out, here's the deal, we are gonna have a BBQ celebrating the 10th aniversary of friendship and goodwill, replacing the initial decision to have a chalet due to the unfortunate fact that most chalets are booked and booking those from Downtown East are extremely expensive and irrational.

Of course, if you have some sort of a 'lobang' regarding a sleepover, please do recommend, dudes and dudettes(female version)!!

And as Josephine has constantly nagged at me to hold a supper outing or dinner outing(whichever more applicable), I think we shall have one soon. What say you guys 7 December supper?

But if the queen cannot attend it as a supper, then either we'll make it a dinner in which I will not be available or we'll change it to another day.

So Jo, please kindly give us your feedback on this matter.

Soon Hwee Is So GGed.

First thing first. The planning people will like to apologize profusely for anyone whom we have missed out. Eg. Saumya and Huili. Now that we have your numbers, be sure that the next time we are going to gather again, you two will NOT be missed out.

To ensure you that, I'll personally remind them to call you. If not, I will.

Anyway, entries as exemplified by Chin Yue and Chun Wee are not exactly what we have done.

You need details. You need to be able to experience. You need to picture what exactly happen.

As the person armed with the camera, my job is definitely not done until I post up all the pictures.

Waking up at the wee hour of 4.45AM is exceptionally taxing for me, especially when I have dance and wushu all together the day before. But I managed.

At around 5.55AM, everyone arrived with the sole exception of Focky, the person who asked us to meet at 5.30AM, and the person who only woke up at 5.45AM. Ok, so not everyone arrived. Chun Wee, Brian, Hongfei, Kennard. Asmond only meeting us at 8 and Yirene and Wanling meeting at 10.30.

So when Focky arrived, we start to prepare for our grand master plan. Chun Wee at the very last second, thought of showering ice on Soon Hwee, to wake him up.

So we cherry-picked some ice cubes and put them in a mug.
(Digression: Forgot to mention this, thanks to his father, we are thereby able to execute our master plan. He lets us in, very nice of him.)

Initially, we have Josephine to hug Soon Hwee and to look deeply into his eyes with affection, and Chun Wee waking him up with his song of dawn(get it?), but since Josephine did not turn up at the very last minute, we have to make do with a guy on guy. Sounds intensely homosexual? It's not. We are all plain straight.

Don't be mistaken, Hongfei is rehearsing how to pour the ice cubes, Chun Wee is portraying as Soon Hwee and Kennard is... er... the bolster.

And TADA!!! Our Sleeping Beauty. Ready to be waken.

So the plan was this.
1. Hold him, hug him tight.
2. Serenade him.
3. Shower him with our icy love.
4. Sing him a birthday song
5. ~~TAUPOK!!!~~ (wasn't done)
6. Capture all these precious moment.

He wasn't scratching his butt. He was scratching the ice out from his butt.

He literally screamed when he realised that we are all around him.

He actually described that he felt as though he was dead, and thereby so many silhouttes around him. As though we are death guards escorting him to heaven. LOL, did he actually think that he's so honourable among the death guards?

His first instinct upon waking up was to strangle Chun Wee. Obvious isn't it?

This is the present, a full set of Nivea products for men. Soon Hwee was like, "walao, damn insulting lah!"

Actually, I think that I need those products more than him. His face is better than mine now. Oh Man!!!

And yes, he slowly and finally woke up.

So they have been waiting for a long time, to jump right straight to his PS2.

And play FIFA Street Soccer. Ok, I'm quite nonchalent abou sports game. Move along.

Chun Wee took another photo of himself on my camera again.

Anyway, we stayed at his house till nine plus when Asmond is already there, and complaining before we decided to head out over to meet him.

Finally out of his house. And meeting Asmond.

The rest of the day is as described by Chin. And yes, I was in dance all the way, what's wrong with that?

We saw this sign at Sentosa. LOL. Interesting.

And we met up with the two girls also. Only two girls came btw.

OK I guess that's it for entry proper.

NEXT GATHERING: CHAAAAAAAA-LETTTTTTTT~! Or maybe even a hotel stay.

Soonhwees bday bash
Haha, brian, chunwee n hongfei made their way to soonhwees hse in the wee hrs as cindy, josephine, kennard, koonhui n i were supposed to meet at cck b4 setting off for soonhwees place. However, cindy n josephine werent able to make it, n someone was late, as usual (no prize for guessing correctly who tt was). At ard 6.30am, everyone (brian, chunwee, hongfei, kennard, koonhui n i) gathered at soonhwees hse, ready to sneak our surprise attack.

How to ensure tt soonhwee wakes up:

Hav chunwee serenading him from his slumber, right in his face
Hongfei pinning soonhwee down, hugging him tight, affectionately
Make sure tt all of soonhwees limbs hav been immobilised
Arm koonhui with a camera so tt the flashes can blind soonhwee n every moment of this can b captured in those shots
Hav brian n kennard standing by his bedside, laughing hysterically n creating 2 silhouettes tt totally freak soonhwee out
I will then b stuffing ice cubes, fresh from the freezer, under his clothes n underpants (as demonstrated by chunwee), creating tt chilling sensation which will ensure tt he is refreshed
Present soonhwee his bday gift: the full set of NIVEA grooming products!

Sounds like some gay party? LOL. Anyway, HAPPY 17TH, SOONHWEE!!! Glad tt u hav survived another yr, hope tt u still hav a few more yrs left in u. Muahahaha. Wish u all the best! (starting from tmr's PW OP) HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Outing
Although we didnt achieve what we originally wanted to do at sentosa (since scampering around in the rain wasnt really our aim), i did enjoy myself ytd. Had a hell lot of fun! Most memorable moments? Seeking shelter in the hotel restroom, staying in there for abt 2 hrs until the staff came to chase us out. First time in my life i spent so much time in a lavatory, doing nothing substantial (well, i dont consider admiring n scrutinising every parts of koonhuis body closely as propitious moments). Anyway yea, at least the washroom was abit more salubrious as compared to tt small little hut where everyone (excluding asmond, koonhui n me) was hiding in, shivering aggressively in the nippy ceaseless downpour. After tt, it was scurrying here n there in the heavy rain, n poor yirene with a flu had to endure all tt (yirene, hope tt u get well soon n take care=)). We gave up eventually as asmonds optimism ebbed away. Subsequently, some (brian, hongfei, kennard, soonhwee) went off to play pool n the non-enthusiasts of pool went to catch a movie (step up). Oh ya, koonhui, the hoofer, had left for his dance lesson by tt time. Not really sure abt what happened to the other grp (only know tt those famished boys feasted voraciously on 743813167483819025 plates of food each), but for us (wanling, yirene, asmond, chunwee n i), we had dinner at suki (used to b asmonds workplace) b4 trotting into the cinema. After tt show, with a shabby storyline n cheesy plot albeit filled with elegant dance moves, we strolled to somewhere near the waterfall, waiting for koonhuis grand appearance (chatting n gossiping in the process). But b4 koonhui appeared, the ever-zealous n filial (acclaimed by leelee) kennard came. Resumed with our gossipings n i suddenly gained so much knowledge abt this girl called eva. She was from cckps but nvr really got to know her (not tt i wld b interested in doing so since she wasnt tt well-liked after all). N b4 we realised, it was abt 11pm as koonhui FINALLY arrived, strutting along as if he was some VVIP from IMF. After tt, we just bade farewell, parted n went back home on our separate ways.

Chalet
As discussed, we may b having a chalet/hotel stay during some time this hol. Koonhui, can u b in charge of the booking? Or at least check out the availability of the chalets? Cos im not familiar with the procedures n asmond wont b free since hes kinda bogged down by his projs.

Haha, enough said, think tts abt it. Hav fun n enjoy urselves during this hol!

Ok, i hav sought soonhwees dads permission n got his hp no. His dad said its not a problem for us to give him a surprise on sat. So heres the plan on sat:

- Those who live near soonhwee, make their way to soonhwees hse by 6am
- For the rest who dont live near soonhwee, meet at cck at 5.30am

*pls dont ask me y is it so early cos soonhwees dad is leaving for work at 6 so i hav no choice. i dont wanna wake up so early as well

- Set off for soonhwees hse once everyone has arrived (hopefully before 6, so pls dont b late)
- Those who went there earlier (probably chunwee n brian) to open the door for us when we arrive at his unit

the rest wld b more or less the same as what i hav typed in a previous entry

- Skulk silently and furtively into soonhwees room
- (now this is when chunwee will play a consequential role) We will have chunwee, our famed, eminent, illustrious and well-established singer to serenade soonhwee in order to rouse him from his slumber
- As soonhwee is aroused from his dreamland, have someone take a photo of his oily craggy countenance with a flabbergasted look attached. This is to measure the effectiveness of the present that we will be giving him (to compare b4 and after)
- Stay at soonhwees place for a short moment (while waiting for him to wash up) and set off for sentosa together

Ok, now i need all ur help with the following:
- get his present
- contact as many pple as possible

chunwee, learn a song in order to serenade soonhwee. u may wanna get the help of hongfei.

koonhui, i really need ur help this time. Convince as many pple as possible. Tell them all abt our plan. oh ya, can u try to buy the facial wash as well? pls reply asap, i needa finalise everything asap as well.

Haha, im back from my scuba diving trip!

Alright pple, heres my grand plan:

Preparation
- Phone up soonhwees mum to ask for permission to enter the house early in the morn of 11nov
- Ask her for several details like what time does soonhwee normally wake up on weekends
- After settling everything with his mum, choose and buy a present for him. I suggest Avon PROExtreme Deep Cleansing Face Wash or ZIRH Clean Face Wash. Basically any skincare products would b appropriate and befitting=)

On the actual day
- Meet at cck at about 8am (time may change according to soonhwees slping habits)
- Set off for soonhwees house after everyone has arrived
- Have soonhwees mum to open the door for us after arriving at his unit (of course, we will give his mum a call b4 appearing abruptly at his doorstep)

Today, some bigwig smsed us at noon, 'hey lets meet for dinner n supper together today'. Im sure he gave us sucha short notice. Turnout was, as expected, egregiously ghastly and deplorably repugnant. Supper was ambrosia. It included a bowl of lavish and luscious beancurd, with its blissfully delicate surface, as smooth as white ice. Simply splendid. The rest of the time were spent observing some chi kungfu guru sipping on his chi tea. How did this happen? Cos it was organised by some bigwig.

when i was in primary one.
and i've known IRIS way earlier than that.
so a decade of friendship, sure commands a celebration isnt it?

so we've thought of booking two hotel rooms to have fun.
perhaps the boys and the girls in separate rooms,
and we can have fun at several places at night.
(we wont be punished for that because we're above 17!)

hotel unconfirmed, rates unconfirmed,
but surely cheaper if more were to take part in it.

For example, while I was descending somewhat daintily from level 2 to level 1 at Lot 1 today, I saw this dark but quite decent looking female friend of mine.

She was smiling at me with her usually wide smile. Her set of teeth contrasts very well with her dark complexion, which somewhat gives her smile a megawatt quality.

The first question she posed to me was, "Hey, how's your promos? Are you promoted?"

It then struck me with this revelation that the topic of this week and a few weeks ahead for all J1s would be, whether they have promoted.

So, are you promoted?

With the exception of the likes of those in the top few JCs, namely, Chin Yue, Kennard, Priscilla, Shir Li blah blah blah(I doubt if they are even unqualified for promotion), are you guys promoted?

Let's start with me. I am promoted. But my grades are quite dismal because it didn't reciprocate the amount of hardwork I poured in.

So what about you guys?

Since the sedulous koonhui has assiduously done so much for me, i think its time i pay tribute to him for his painstaking efforts by presenting a detailed delineation of who he is, after much cogitation.

Koon Hui is...

the dry desert, harbouring a plethora of acrimonious cactus and violently blistering winds;

the satanic demon, with his armory of brutal teeth scintillating wickedly under the moon;

the pallid paint sticking languidly to the walls, propagating waves of disparaging gloom in the ambience;

the blazing volcano, torching all those who came even centimeters near him, devouring innocent humans in his fiery belly like inconspicuous insects;

N oh yes, koonhui is a maricon in the closet, without much doubt.

Moreover, ennui has deleteriously driven koonhui to the path of lunacy.

actually, in conjunction with chinyue's entry, i wanted to write something as flamboyant. ~~tried~~ using thesaurus.com but it was quite a waste of time to find suitable and deep enough words to replace all the easy vocabs i use.

koonhui did a 'every-word-chinyue-says-comes-up-with-a-meaning' thing for us and im quite certain that he's a fool because from what i understand from chinyue, he would just come and bombarde koonhui with more eye-turning vocabs. to make things easier though, i rather make an APPEAL to everyone to SPEAK SIMPLE ENGLISH for the benefit of those whose standard of english is not as potent as you guys do.

so please.

She actually wanted to have it today but it was just too abrupt n precipitate for others. So she told me to ask u all if anyone is interested in going to sentosa this sat.

Oh ya, i was gallivanting around town with my friends this evening n after tt we decided to check out the new vivo city this evening. Watched a movie n had dinner there. U all shld go there as well. Its austere grandeur n astronomical majesty just amaze me. N those men in green n yellow were just jocularly risible. Hahaha...

There. Ain't I smart? Yea, I don't mind doing this whenever he blogs because it helps with my English.

the not-so-successful mid-autumn fest

Not yet a fiasco but neither a paradise of scintillating success. This is how i wld describe todays gathering. The turnout was passable, with 9 pple. Nevertheless, it was fun though. Confabulated throughout the entire night till 4am, which explains my presence here at 5+. Gratifying experience having to look back at our pri sch yrs as we engaged in casual colloquys here n there. Anyway we bandied abt ideas for the nxt gathering with several moot suggestions surfacing. Narrowed down to a few options: night cycling, wake-boarding, hotel staying as slpover. Ok, shall further inform u all on any decision arrived. Thanks, every1. N sorry for todays screwed-up plan. Hope to do a better job nxt time. Its getting really late (or rather, early) now n hence shall turn in.

6A gathering

Hmm...not many hav replied to the sms i sent out so guess i hav to discuss this on the blog. Firstly, r we going to celebrate lantern fest together? Not very sure when is the actual date of the fest but asmond suggested we just gather somewhere ard cck n start playing (with whatever u all can think of) as a way of reveling n rejoicing in this conviviality. Therefore, this is an appeal for every1 to pls give me a reply, to make chinyue's life easier.

Ok now, as promised, i hav come up with a list of activities we can do for our gathering during the hols:

Ladies and Gentlemen, may i confess that I only slept for thirty minutes last night studying for History!

Gruelling gruelling gruelling. My eyes are all teary and I think they shall be dug out to wash before pushing it back into my sockets.

Anyway, the link between your face and your sleep is well established. With less sleep, your face tends towards rebellion which is charactierised by the increasing number of acne scarring my face.

Horrible horrible horrible. I think I'm becoming like Mark Lee. BOO HOO!

Anyway, History is my last paper, I'm officially declared my independence when the examiner screamed at us to put our pens down.

Cataclysmic morning

Ahha, what a splendidly fabulous way of getting all the 6a pple together. Charming conglomeration, i wld say. Anyway, as i embark on the inauguration of our blog, i shall commence with a really horrific day i had during the promos period (some of u may hav known abt it). Morever this may act as consolation to some of u. Cos if u r sitting in front of ur com thinking of how u hav screwed up for promos, well, think again after listening to the excruciating recount of an incident tt happened to chinyue on a miserably fateful morning of 27th sept 2006...

5.27am - alarm clock rang ominously.

5.30 - climbed out of bed slothfully, still knackered.

5.31 - entered bathroom and have my teeth brushed.

5.36 - teetered back to room to check the exam venue.

5.37 - ohhh, so its D3SR6. Wait, WHAT!!! Y does it say Wednesday 27.9.06, H2 Mathematics (1230) on the left column??!! Isnt it supposed to be chemistry today??!!

5.38 - flabbergasted. Felt as if some satanic force has perniciously led me towards the graveyards of discordantly dilapidated and vindictively crucifying death. Incarcerated by this overwhelming feeling for a while.

5.40 - 'Mum, im cabbing to sch cos i studied for the wrong subj. Its math today instead of chem!' Mum: oh ok...

5.41 - wolfing down my breakfast.

5.46 - dashed into bathroom for daily morning shower.

6.03 - burst out of bathroom and scurried into bedroom. Flipped notes precipitately to Chapter 4A - Differentiation l - Techniques of Differentiation and Limits. Smsed my friend, 'thought its chem today instead of math. Studied for the wrong subj. Die...'

6.04 - continued with my attempt to salvage the situation.

6.14 - friend's mum replied, 'Isnt it math today? ok, just try to do whatever you can. Should not be too much of a problem for you.' (Was too jittery to really remember the exact words)

6.16 - friend's mum sent another msg, 'Do not panic. Just stay calm.' (Not very sure if those are the exact words as well) Glanced through the msges briefly and carried on reading notes.

6.21 - friend's msg, 'that was my mum btw. Told u she always looks through my msgs. Dont worry too much ok:)' (Also not very sure if these are the exact words)

6.21 - 7.30 - mugging profusely to hopefully absorb as much info as possible, ignoring the beads of exasperation that began to entrench me from all sides.

7.32 - packed everything and bolted out of the hse.

7.36 - fortunate enough to be able to flag down a cab at sucha short time. 'Sir, could you pls ensure that i reach Raffles Junior College in half an hour? Cos i am rushing for an exam. Drop me off along Braddell Rd pls.' Taxi-driver, 'ok, shall try my best.' 'Thanks.' Chatted with the driver throughout the journey.

7.42 - signs of traffic jam along PIE.

7.43 - 7.55 - egregiously slow traffic for the exit to Lornie Rd. 'Sir, do u think i can make it on time? i need to reach my sch by 8.' Taxi-driver, 'i will try my best but i can't guarantee that u can make it. It all depends on the traffic.' 'Thanks.'

7.56 - escaped out of the bottleneck, back to less heavy traffic.

8.02 - reached rj backgate.

Apocalyptic day for chinyue. 927 catastrophe =(
